Her passion is to work in aligning mind, body and heart so that her clients can integrate their authenticity as a fundamental part of who they are as a leader.
 
Born in Switzerland, Tania graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a degree in International Management. She also obtained a Master’s Degree in Management from the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS).

Since 1986, he has been self-employed and he is also one of the founders of “The initiative to support the meaningful life”. The initiative is an organization supporting young adults between 15 and 30 years with training and a community to build new life skills.

For two decades, he has been practicing zen-Buddhism and he is currently taking a MA in Buddhist Studies. His teachings often blend psychology, philosophy, leadership, and relationships.
