Any successful business is so because it is disruptive!
When we as business people plan new activities to navigate in a super competitive landscape we often try to find theright answer. But perhaps rather than looing for the right answer we should look at several different strategic options - all developed to be disruptive rather than a continuation of past linear data. Being creative is about being disruptive: To dare the new, the unproven, the risky but also potentially rewarding because we move out of the clutter to find a Blue Ocean.
In this morning lecture Asger will discuss how organisations can become more creative, share examples of past creative break-throughs and give his perspective on what it will take of you as a leader to manage creativity. And last but not least Asger will advocate that big data will never beat a twisted mindset.
