Introduction to talk by Ms Tan Beng Tee:
Ms Tan Beng Tee, Assistant Chief Executive (Development) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), will be our guest of honour and speaker at this year’s annual general meeting on 19 March 2015. This being the year in which Singapore celebrates its 50th birthday, Ms Tan will recount how Singapore has developed into one of the leading maritime clusters in Asia since its independence in 1965. In addition, Ms Tan will share MPA’s plans for the maritime industry in Singapore and how Denmark and Singapore can foster stronger ties.
