From August 2014 Ministry of Manpower will implement the Fair Consideration Framework in Singapore to ensure priority is given to Singaporean job applicants.
The presentation will focus on how MOM rules will affect companies in Singapore from in their hiring process and internal transfers from outside Singapore into Singapore. What is the new process for hiring talent, what happens when current Non Singaporean staff needs to renew their Employment Pass and how will the new rules affect companies in a talent short market.
Mr Conway started his career with Detroit Diesel - Allison/MTU where he worked in their OEM, Mining and Offshore Divisions in a technical capacity. Mr Conway has over 10 years of technical recruitment and human capital consulting experience in the APAC region.
