ISS is the leading facility services company globally and employs about 260,000 staff in 38 countries. It has been a priority to ensure that best practice is shared among all employees.

A ISS University was established in March 2001 with the specific focus developing ISS business competencies.

Another important aspect was to integrate more than 200 companies that ISS acquired over a period of three years.
