The "Julefrokost" will this year be prepared by Chef Morten Uttrup, who was cook apprentice at "Den Gyldne Fortun" in 1986 and was chosen as "World Champion Cook Apprentice" in Luxembourg the same year. His working experience includes chef titles in Germany and Australia.

SGD 60 per person
Includes lunch, Carlsberg beers, and one "snaps".
